Although ready to drink now, some of our wines will benefit from a period of ageing.
Our range of classic natural wines are produced each year with indigenous yeast, minimal intervention and no fining or filtering, reflecting the seasonal changes in the grapes.  The cool climate of the Yarra Valley and the use of old oak barrels and terracotta amphoras in the winemaking process affords Blackwood Hill the ability to produce wines full of fresh fruit character.
