This wine’s cherry red colour and distinctive fruit nose hints at a rich medium bodied Cabernet blend. The pronounced yet balanced acid and tannin adequately supports the rich fruit. On tasting the wine delivers a delightful full and generous flavour one associates with a cool climate Cabernet. Aesthetically this is a lovely full fruit wine displaying a good balance between acid, fruit and tannin.
